Invisible Cities: A Metaphorical Complex Adaptive System is an exploration of the principles of complex adaptive systems, using the content and unusual narrative structure of Italo Calvino's book as a starting point.

Using some of the principles of complex adaptive systems, I developed a design that reflects the book's equal grounding in the worlds of art and science.
